Felix Meadowsweet

PSF Debut:
Peter in Romeo and Juliet

Felix grew up in Bath, in the South-West of England. At the age of 17 he decided to study Performing Arts at the City of Bath College, after being involved backstage with the Theatre Royal Bath's Storm on the Lawn, a summer theatre project. During the next three years he performed in a variety of plays and scene projects, most notably appearing as 'Cat' in the full-scale musical, Honk! (Stiles and Drewe). He subsequently completed both First and National Diplomas at 'distinction' grade, before leaving for the Czech Republic.

Shortly after arriving in Prague, Felix started work for The Bear Educational Theatre, performing in the company's wide interactive school repertoire throughout the Czech Republic; his roles have included: Lukka in The Bear (Chekov), Bob Cratchit in A Christmas Carol (Dickens/Bear), and Tybalt, Lady Capulet and Paris in The Bear's five-actor version of Romeo and Juliet - (directed by Guy Roberts). The company has also taken its work to France and Vienna.

Aside from acting Felix loves improving his Czech language, and continuing to experiment with playwriting. In June he will be returning to the UK, to follow a degree course on the Acting programme at Manchester Metropolitan University’s School of Theatre.
